PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT WITH 401 GAMES

 

  • You agree not to submit any items with which bear evidence of trimming, recoloring, restoration or any other form of tampering, or are of questionable authenticity.
  • You agree that in the event PSA rejects any items for grading, PSA/ 401 Games shall not refund the amount paid by customer because the determination to reject an item requires a review by PSA's graders and authenticators.
  • If items are submitted for services for which they do not qualify, you authorize PSA to correct the order and charge any additional authentication, grading, handling, and shipping fees that may apply.
  • Turnaround times are approximate and begin when the order arrives at PSA.
  • Data Entry: $2.00 per card or complete form on the website
  • PSA Service Level Pricing DOES NOT include card review
  • Prices are in CAD and DO NOT include taxes. 
  • Weekly Submissions for all service levels
  • Grading services with PSA include Cards only right now. We plan to expand to other items (like packs) in the near future.

 

1. Customer is required to pay for grading services at time of submission items being dropped off at 401 Games. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct submission service level for their items and subsequently for paying any upcharges should PSA determine a higher service level is required for submitted items. 401 Games is not responsible for paying any upcharges should PSA determine a submitted item requires an upcharge.   

2. If a submission item receives any upcharges, customer will be invoiced when the graded items are back in the possession of 401 Games. The invoice must be paid within thirty (30) calendar days, from the date the invoice was sent. If invoice is not paid within those thirty (30) days and no other arrangement has been made, customer may forfeit items. 

3. Customer must fill out and submit the form on the website, in it’s entirety, which includes a list of cards being submitted. Each item must be in it’s own card saver and packaged in the same exact order as listed. Cards not received in card savers will be subjected to a $0.50 per card add-on fee, paid by the customer. If the form is not submitted, cards will be subjected to a $2.00 per card data entry fee, paid by the customer. 

4. Submissions are sent in once per week, typically on Tuesday. Cutoff for weekly submissions is Friday. (Subject to change).

5. 401 Games does not clean cards, but does offer a card wipe-down service. 401 Games is not responsible for any damage to cards. 

6. Customer is responsible for all PSA fees, shipping fees, and processing fees (if applicable) as it pertains to their order. Grades will not be released and items will not be released to customer until full payment has been received by 401 Games. Our services include all insurance fees and shipping to and from PSA.

7. Communication between 401 Games and Customer will be provided via email. Customers can reach 401 Games Customer Support by using the support portal at 401 Games.ca:

401 Games will make every effort to respond in a timely manner and provide a confirmation of receipt of items and a tracking email to follow your order through the steps.

Inability to follow the above terms, conditions & guidelines will result in refusal of service grading with 401 Games.
